Position: Customer Service Representative (SZ Wholesale)

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls and emails

• Take customer orders and upsell value-added products

• Identify customer needs and positively assess

• Build sustainable relationships with customers

• Track and process customer returns

• Suggest new ideas to improve processes

• Flexible to assist other departments as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Positive attitude in all situations

• Previous call center experience preferred but not required

• Strong written and communication skills

• Energetic problem solver

• Self driven and customer-oriented

• Accepts challenges

• Dependable and punctual multitasker who manages time efficiently

• Bi-lingual is a plus but not mandatory (Spanish, Arabic, Hindi)

• Cigar knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. We will train!

• Eager to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay Rate

$14-$16/hour (Based on experience)

Available Shifts

Monday-Friday 10:00am-6:00pm

Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age

• Eligible to work in the United States

• May be required to submit to a background check and drug test

• High School Diploma or equivalent
