• Collaborate with the training team on creating and loading a schedule of classes to HealthStream.
• Answer customer questions related to courses and direct them to the appropriate training
• Create audiences in the HealthStream system to assign training to the appropriate end users.
• Test eLearning courses for Pass/Fail compliance prior to loading to HealthStream.
• Load eLearning courses and assign the necessary audiences in HealthStream.
• Create reports either in HealthStream or outside of it to capture who has attended training, still needs to attend, or needs to be rescheduled.
• Self-manage assigned tasks and deadlines to complete deliverables. Proactively communicate issues and risks
• Manage multiple inboxes in Outlook and respond to all emails with professional language and in a timely manner.
• As needed, be onsite for classroom setup and cleanup of Instructor Led classes.

MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education Qualifications

• High School degree

Experience

• Minimum of three (3) years experience in training coordination, preferably in a healthcare or finance setting. Examples of work will be required at interview

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Expert at managing Outlook emails, MS Teams meetings, LMS coordinator/registrar
• LMS Coordinator Background.
• Strong understanding of HealthStream Learning Management System.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Word, PowerPoint, and eLearning software, specifically Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Learning Management Systems administration, especially registration and reports
• Experience with classroom instruction or facilitation, a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
