• Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment: Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Provides support for internal customer and corresponds with customer both internal and external, first point of contact for many of our customers.
• Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons or shipping information on cartons.
• Provides a high level of communication and customer service to internal engineers.
• Adhere to Quality Management System regarding shipping procedures.
• May operate forklift or use hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping-and-receiving platform to storage or work area.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition, following all established Quality and 5S standardization.

Requirements for Eligibility

• High School graduate, Associates preferred
• 3-5 years of shipping and receiving experience with a strong emphasis on providing a high degree of customer service is required
• Experience in working within a function that is documented off standard operating procedures and process flow
• Experienced in Forklift and hand truck usage
• Possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and general computer literacy. Salesforce experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
