Rylem Staffing is Hiring a Supply Chain Analyst Near Redmond, WA

Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Duration: 6 months contract with potential to Hire

Location: Hybrid in Redmond, WA ( 3 days onsite on business hours, and you can pick whatever days you want to work from home or onsite)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work on process documentation and controllership specific to maintenance reporting, such as as-built records, RMAs, and warranties.
  • Other day-to-day tasks will include auditing preventive maintenance T&E, and supplier setup in internal systems.
  • This role will also support additional ad-hoc supply chain requests from the GIBO (Ground Infra Build and Operations) team.
  • Examples of this one-time work in the past were sourcing fencing and new signage suppliers.
  • This role will interface with some established suppliers and internal teams such as engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and data engineering.
  • Defining and creating process documentation for equipment install records, reverse logistics (RMAs), and equipment warranties.
  • Controlling day-to-day operations of related activities, ensuring correct input from stakeholders of information.
  • Ensure complete setup of newly added suppliers in relevant systems (internal or external)
  • Auditing supplier activities for maintenance (including T&E) for reporting and supplier performance metrics.
  • Ad hoc sourcing for one-off products for construction, security, and operations.
  • Auditing data inputs and reconciling with stakeholders for loading into a database.

Required Skills:

  • BA degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business or Economics, or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or other operational analysis or process improvement management
  • Great written and oral communications
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Demonstrated track record of cross-functional teamwork experience
  • Able to check and validate data
  • Can communicate with internal customers and suppliers
  • Creating process documentation
  • Keep track of Warranties
