ROLE Software Engineer - Backend

LOCATION Hayes Valley, San Francisco, CA

BASIC JOB DETAILS

Office days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Work from home days: Tuesday, Thursday

Job type: Full time

RESPONSIBILITIES

Take ownership of mission critical backend services -- from data pipelines to data model all the way up to the API layer to, you’ll be the go-to person when adding new features. Invent and tinker. Imagine completely new ideas, experiment, and build transformative solutions for the freight industry.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years experience in software development
• Backend development experience with Python or other modern programming languages
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern web architectures

Nice to have

• Interest in the freight and logistics space
• Prefer experience with Go/Golang
