In this role, you can expect to work 7 am to 4 pm, Monday-Friday, including a 1 hour lunch, and you must also be available to work on-call after hours/weekend on a rotating schedule. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

In this Assistant Data Entry Clerk position, you spend much of your time at the computer maintaining the database by entering new and updated account information. Transferring data from computer and paper into our company database. Your attention to detail means that nothing goes unaccounted for! You resolve discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents. You will also manage employee cell phones, troubleshoot issues, and use the MDM to send apps and updates to the new phones. Your responsibilities will also include customer service.Both clients and fellow employees rely on you for accurate information and exceptional care! If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our office team!

* Data Entry experience

* Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Suite)

* Excel experience- Intermediate to Expert level use

* Excel experience to include Macros, Pivot tables, Formulas (VLOOKUP, Index Match), Data extraction (left, right, mid, search)

* Familiar with how to use and create mail merge using Excel and Word

* Attention to detail

* Ability to work with time constraints

* Command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
