Ryan T Pfundheller DDS PLLC is Hiring a Dental front desk receptionist Near Woodbury, MN

Located in Woodbury, Minnesota, Smiles Plus Dental Care is a dental clinic that focuses on creating a great experience for our patients.

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist with an outgoing personality who is well spoken, administratively focused, and has the ability to be a self starter.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for assisting in the administration and order of the day-to-day activities of the practice, including greeting patients / checking in patients, verifying and updating patient information, answering and managing incoming calls / messages, maintaining and managing patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations, scheduling appointments for patients, verifying patient insurance and eligibility, assisting patients with the use of their insurance benefits, collecting payment for services, office correspondence and other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will possess the following traits, knowledge, and experience : One year or more of dental experience is preferred (but not required) Comfortable communicating with patients both in person and via phone / email Good time management with daily tasks Self-starters who are comfortable taking the initiative Excellent multi-tasking and organization skills Knowledge of practice management software (OpenDental) is preferred Friendly : the determination to make our patients feel welcome Compassionate, with a genuine concern for the well-being of our patients Strong work ethic and sense of personal integrity Dependable High attention to detail Our practice provides an extraordinary experience for our patients.
