ROLE DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for someone who pays attention to details, excels in customer service, and genuinely enjoys assisting others.

Your responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, collaborating with team members, and actively supporting the community.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Build and maintain customer relationships, providing necessary follow-up as required
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, coverage options, policy changes, claims and billing
• Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance choices
• Communicate effectively to meet customer needs and promote the growth of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to establish rapport with customers, address their questions, and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and collaborate with other agency team members
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Must be able to attain Washington State insurance license
