Associate Attorney
Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements
- Assist in the preparation of trial materials and participate in courtroom proceedings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the legal process
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with senior attorney and support staff on case management and strategy
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation
Experience:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Previous experience working in a law firm or legal environment preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Spanish speaking ability strongly preferred.
