Job DescriptionAssisting project manager in various activities like estimating, job setup, budget set up. Creating, managing, and tracking RFI's and submittals from the field to the Architect/Engineer of record in Procore. Preparing and distributing bid form to bidders, bid leveling using building connected software, preparing quantity take-offs, contract negotiation, sub contact award, drafting subcontract, bid bond, add value engineering points on bid. Preparing quantity take-offs. Assisting project team with conflict resolution between owner, contractor, and subcontractor as well as documenting job progress, updating 6-week schedule and main job schedule. Participating in weekly project meetings and BIM meetings decisions; assist and schedule subcontractor, payment requisition for subcontractor and vendor, estimating a change order, project closeouts by providing warranties, as-built, certificate letter, etc. This position requires domestic travel less than 5% of the time as is customary and needed. Job RequirementsThe qualified candidate must have at least a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or closely related field. The qualified candidate must have at least 2 years (24 months) of experience with all the following: (a) working construction engineering projects; (b) evaluating and estimating construction project costs; (c) evaluating architectural and engineering drawings; (d) reviewing contracts associated with construction projects to assess cost control and material pricing; and (e) utilizing all the following tools/technologies: AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Procore, Building Connected, Struction Site, Primavera P6, Sketchup, Microsoft Office Suite. All experience may be gained concurrently.

Salary Range: $81,200 - $97,500 per year
