The RXR platform manages 93 commercial real estate properties and investments with an aggregate gross asset value of approximately $18 billion, comprising approximately 30.5 million square feet of commercial properties, a multi-family residential portfolio of approximately 9,400 units under operation or development, and control of development rights for an additional approximately 3,000 multi-family and for sale units as of December 31, 2023. Gross asset value compiled by RXR in accordance with company fair value measurement policy and is comprised of capital invested by RXR and its partners, as well as leverage.

The Associate, Retail and High Net Worth Investor Relations will play a significant role in developing, managing, and maintaining high net worth investor and retail channel relationships for RXR including preparing and distributing communications, participating in meetings, and preparing and tracking follow-ups and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in retail and high-net-worth investor outreach and meetings 
  • Organize and drive the management of prospective and existing retail and high-net-worth investor relationships
  • Perform market research to draft marketing lists and prioritization schedules
  • Work with senior capital raisers and other members of the Capital Markets team to plan and execute outreach
  • Regularly update RXR’s Customer Relationship Management software (“CRMS”) to organize the sales process and track follow-up tasks
  • Manage retail and high-net-worth-investor due diligence process and follow-ups
  • Prepare marketing and update communications materials for retail and high-net-worth investors
  • Be involved in post-marketing activities including communication materials and investor relations initiatives such as annual investor days/meetings
  • Respond to inbound calls and communications from RIAs, retail platforms, and high-net-worth investors regarding their existing investments
  • Work closely with RXR’s Investor Relations, Fund Accounting, and Fund Portfolio Management teams to ensure the timely delivery of reporting and other regular communications to the high-net-worth and retail investors
Competencies:

  • Detail-oriented while maintaining an understanding of the bigger picture
  • Excellence in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Ability to operate with high levels of confidentiality
  • Capable of multitasking; balancing multiple objectives to a successful conclusion
  • High degree of personal and professional integrity
  • Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals, financing principles, and capital structures
Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within real estate finance and management
  • Experience with high-net-worth investors, wirehouses, and retail channels
  • Experience with real estate investor relations

$100,000 - $125,000 a year
Bonus eligible.
