Sleep Solutions’ physicians provide affordable and convenient sleep studies for adults and pediatrics in Oklahoma City and Edmond to diagnose and treat sleep disorders such as sleep apnea, snoring, insomnia and narcolepsy.

Sleep Solutions, a division of RX Medical, LLC, has an URGENT need for a full-time or part-time Sleep Technician (Registered or Certified). The ideal candidate will conduct sleep studies and provide an accurate diagnosis for patients. This is a night shift position from 8 PM – 6 AM with some flexability. We are offering the ideal full-time candidate a $1,000 sign-on bonus. 

The hourly pay range for this exempt position: $25.00 - 35.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Educates and prepares patients ( Adult & Geriatric) for testing.

• Measures the electrical activity of a patient’s brainwaves, with the use of specialized equipment.

• Responsible for the electrode placement and operation of equipment and various sensors to obtain readings such as electroencephalogram (EEG), electrooculogram (EOG), electrocardiogram (EKG), airflow respiratory effort and oxygen saturation.

• Documents physiological activity and abnormal readings; takes necessary measurements of brain waves and provides a detailed report for the physician.

• Calibrates, maintains, and set up necessary equipment.

Qualifications

• One-year experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification upon hire
• Certified Polysomnographic Technologist License (Required)
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist License (Preferred)
• Must be able to work 10-hour night shifts
