RWJBH is hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Oncology Unit at the Somerset Campus. This is a part-time, night shift position (36 hours/week). The RN will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide safe, high quality care to all patients. Must be flexible with time and schedule and willing to work with a diverse patient and employee population. Please note, this position is required to work every other weekend and holiday.

Qualifications:

• Active NJ RN Licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS required
• BSN required OR must sign an agreement and obtain your BSN within 5 years of hire date
• 2 years Oncology Medical Surgical experience in an acute care setting
• Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy Provider competency preferred or willing to complete within 6 months of hire
• OCN certification preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship and strong customer service skills required
