REQUIREMENT/ACQUISITION SPECIALISTPosition Requirements

Duties

• Will research, develop, and provide documentation or summarized information from files, including organizational charts, mission and function statements
• Assist and provide support and assistance in the areas of acquisition and procurement guidance for technical procedures.
• Assist agency staff with process flow of submitting memorandums, routing procedures, timeliness, and approval.
• Assist,monitor, update, implement and maintain a suspense tracking system for potential and requirement correspondence and projects received. 
• Assist and perform pre-award contract administration action and assist government personnel with the development of procedures for document control processes/procedures and the suspense management to include: assemble or review new pre-procurement packages, periodically participating in integrated solutions teams; researching/assembling support documentation; making quality recommendations.
• Conduct studies in the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational charts, missions and function statements. 
• Assist agency staff with process flow of submitting memorandums, routing procedures, timeliness and approval.
• Shall perform routine tasks of an administrative nature such as report preparation, maintenance of project information, maintenance of documentation and databases, coordination and/or production of graphic support for briefings and publications, in addition to general administrative.
