- Maintain professionalism when communicating with the customer.

- Transporting the vehicle safely ensuring a problem free pick up or delivery.

- Assist the Service Department with test drives while evaluating vehicle performance to ensure a complete and quality repair was made noting completion on the QA check sheet.

- Pick up or deliver a customer's vehicle as requested by the dispatcher or service personnel.

- Inspect each vehicle to be transported and document any damage noting on the repair order.

- Maintain organization of the facility parking lot, arranging vehicles, making sure that vehicles are locked.
