PRODUCT LAUNCH COORDINATOR

OVERVIEWS

The Product Launch Coordinator will be a pivotal player in the rollout of new flooring products. You will drive the implementation and coordination of product launches, working closely with the Product Team to refine and execute project plans. Your role is critical in ensuring that all aspects of product launches, from color specifications to marketing strategies, are seamlessly executed to meet company goals.

DUTIES

Drive the implementation of new product launches as directed by the Product Team.
Drive clarity in key project decisions during meetings.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans for new product launches, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are clearly defined and met.
Act as the primary liaison among various internal teams to ensure project objectives are understood and achieved.
Maintain color proofs with accessory manufacturers
Lead the Color Team in recommending and specifying colors for new products and updates to existing collections. Ensure that these recommendations are achievable and align with market trends.
Collaborate with the Product Team and factory partners to ensure that color recommendations are practical and sustainable throughout the product lifecycle.
Develop and maintain expertise in market trends related to product colors and specifications. Recommend innovative products as needed.
Strategically drive down lead times for product launches, enhancing the company’s responsiveness and competitive edge in the market.
