RVI is Hiring an Adult Day Services Manager - Perrysburg, Ohio Near Perrysburg, OH

1. Responsible for fulfillment of mission and philosophy by demonstrating leadership abilities, promoting a positive culture, and participating in activities including, but not limited to, strategic planning and implementation.
2. Oversee all functions of Adult Day Support and Vocational Habilitation services including management of activities related to service to Individuals, and customer contracts.
3. Effectively and positively communicate and cooperate with stakeholders including, but not limited to, Individuals, leadership team, staff, customers, and county boards.
4. Develop and implement new procedures; and follows established procedures for the department and RVI.
5. Responsible for compliance of relevant OAC & ORC rules.
6. Responsible for financial performance of department, meeting or exceeding the budget.
7. Oversee the set-up of contract work and facilitates any necessary timestudies.
8. Oversee and ensure daily activities, programs and out trip are community based activities.
9. Conduct and/or ensure necessary and/or required staff training on, but not limited to, plans and activities related to serving Individuals and business contracts.
10. Supervise assigned staff and provide back up coverage as needed. Assistance is available from the Human Resources Manager for the following duties: interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating work performance, and issuing discipline as necessary.
11. Oversee and maintain exceptional customer service in collaboration with the leadership team by planning and organizing all production work efficiently and effectively, meeting quality control standards, and by providing adequate inventory control.
12. Establish and effectively manage staffing schedules to meet customers' needs and to best utilize staff and Individuals
13. Order necessary materials and supplies as needed.
14. Work with staff in identifying, analyzing, establishing or adjusting work methods/procedures to improve training and to meet schedules and quality standards.
15. Oversee and ensure accuracy in completion of electronic and hard copy documentation including service provided data, employee timekeeping, and customer billing
16. Maintain necessary and appropriate records.
17. Attend necessary and appropriate meetings, conferences, and approved training opportunities
18. Communicate and cooperate with other members of the Leadership Team.
19. Upholds RVI commitment to positive culture
20. Understand and adhere to all policies and procedures
21. Embody Trauma Responsive Care practices.
22. Promote an atmosphere of professionalism at all times for self and staff, insuring a positive image for the Day Services Department both internally and externally.
23. Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by the CEO.

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in mangement.
Valid driver's license.
Thorough knowledge of department processes, methods, plans and established customer contracts
Ability to read and understand basic financial statements
Ability to obtain and maintain required training and certificates
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in familiar context
Attention to detail and organization skills
Willingness to work with others and cooperate with coworkers in team environment
Ability to interact, speak, and present self in a professional business setting
Proactive and creative
