Assisting supervisor and setting up activities each morning and afternoon
Being able to maintain programming and activities to keep things moving throughout the day.
Provides meaningful training and activities to individuals to continue to build skills and independence.
Assiting supervisor with maintaining individual's personal cares when needed.
Helping with snack and meal times such as heating meals, setting up adaptive equipment, etc.
Assiting individuals loading and unloading from their transporation each day.
Keeping the "flow" moving in the areas if supervisor is pulled away.
Helping to provide assistance to indivdiuals that need hand over hand or one on one attention to complete a task.
Participating and assisting with out trips and community activies as directed by DSP.
Writes in daily communication books or documents daily activites to families and HPC providers.
Provides one on one sesory and engagin activities to individuals receiving services.
Helps in keeping the areas and building clean and sanitized.
Patient and understanding, completes trauma informed care trainings.
Creative thinker
At least 16 years of age
Able to complete required training
Must be willing & able to take and pass any company sponsored trainings
Meet state required background checks
Good communication, leadership and problem solving skills
Must be dependable, reliable, and motivated
Availability Monday- Friday 8:30a-2:30 (hours might be flexible)
May lift materials and/or product up to 50 pounds or more
