RV Print Factory is a Wall Art Manufacturing Company Located In Plano, Texas. RV Print Factory is looking for a Bilingual Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to be responsible for all equipment/building maintenance.

As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and providing emergency and preventive maintenance and repairs on the building equipment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Repairs and maintains facility systems (saws,compressed air, and staple guns,plumbing and other carpentry equipment)
• Uses rulers, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments accurately
• Performs basic handiwork such as replacing light bulbs, ballasts, water, and air filters, and plumbing fixtures, cleaning drains, hanging pictures and bulletin boards, and maintaining proper forklift batteries
• Troubleshoots electric and electronic problems
• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical components
• Troubleshoots motors, pumps, compressors, and any other systems in the facility
• Performs preventative maintenance
• Maintains accurate maintenance records
• Operates scissor lifts and forklifts as needed
• Performs other job duties as assigned
• Maintenance trash and organization when needed
• Fix Air Hoses, air guns, pneumatic connectors

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as maintenance technician
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
• Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Technical problem-solving skills
• Basic computer experience
• Knowledgeable in the safe use of hand tools and small power tools
• Have acute troubleshooting skills
• Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willing to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be required during busy periods
