As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven RV Sales Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers to understand their RV needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our RV inventory and in-house financing options.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Effectively communicate expectations for pick-up and delivery.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Uphold the company's core values: Ambitious, United, Honest and Respectful, Innovative, and Happy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in RV or automotive sales is highly desirable (not necessary)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and explain financing options clearly.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
• High level of ambition, integrity, and respect for customers and colleagues.
• Innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
• Positive and happy demeanor even in challenging situations.
