The Telecommunications Technician is responsible for the documentation, reporting, data collection and project coordination to support the implementation of software and technology changes and process improvements involving telecommunications systems, related products and functionality. This position will troubleshoot technical problems both large and small and provide assessment and technical knowledge to problem-solving activities. Recommending solutions to issues and communicating/reporting status of issues and initiatives is integral to the role.
