We are looking for a customer service professional who is passionate about hospitality and specifically creating a top notch experiecne for all of our guests through back of the house service in food and beverage. • Operate dishwashers in efficient manner
• Prepare kitchenware for dishwasher by scraping, rinsing, etc. before loading into dishwasher
• Unload dishwasher and place kitchenware in proper storage containers; place in areas as instructed by supervisor
• Extend hospitality and courtesy to guests and other employees
• Observe all safety rules; employ safe work practices when performing job; use personal protective equipment as needed; maintain safe, organized and sanitary working environment
• Responsive to guest inquiries, concerns, complaints in a friendly, courteous, helpful manner
• Report property maintenance, equipment problems to Engineering for repair
• Perform side work duties as assigned
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
