Job Description: 

Legend Brands is seeking a Chemical Product Specialist in our North Phoenix AZ location. This position will start at this location and could be hybrid or remote in the future.The Chemical Product Specialist will be part of a small dynamic team. We are willing to train the right detail-oriented, self-starter with the skills and knowledge required

Job Requirements:

• Data entry of generated packing components, chemical formulations, preparation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO's)
• Ensure the accuracy and complete data entry of all SDS' sheets into company websites
• Maintain current and archived SDS' sheets and supply to customers as needed
• Audit Infotrac listing for correct SDS information
• Compile data from our Marketing department to create labels
• Manage current revisions of chemical products labels
• Generate Product user guides
• Support the Chemical Compliance Analyst

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Science - preferably in Chemistry
• Ability to make logical decisions and manage several projects at one time
• Good analytical skills and the ability to read and understand complex documents and procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Microsoft D365 or similar ERP experience is a plus
• Fluent in English

Hiring Range:

Between $26.70 - $31.40/hour
