Job Overview: 

This role is responsible for contacting customers in a timely manner on quotes and leads for custom products. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on our custom items, and guide them through our sales process while maintaining margins. A focus on follow-ups and customer service is a must.

Responsibilities: 

• Assists customers with all inquiries or concerns
• Review and sales of all quotes for custom products
• Assist department administrator with questions or verification of customer measurements and contact vendors
• Receives quotes from department administrator and call customers with timely and accurate quotes within a 4 hour turn-around time
• Aggressively work to complete sale of custom products and maintain margin goals
• Accurately enters customer orders into system
• Strive to achieve all department goals set by the department Manager
• Informs Manager of any vendor or customer-related issues
• Keeps current with all product and industry knowledge
•  Any other projects, duties or additional labor hours requested by the department Manager 

Qualifications:

• High School/2 year college preferred
• Sales and Customer Service skills
• Microsoft Word/Excel
• Technical aptitude
• Accurate typing skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
