Russo Law Offices LLC is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Hinsdale, IL

Russo Law Offices is a law firm in Hinsdale, Illinois specializing in estate planning and probate. We are currently expanding our practice and actively seeking an associate attorney to become new member of our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of court related experience. Experience in probate and estate administration matters is desired but not required. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, be highly motivated, hard-working, and be able to work with minimal supervision and a desire to have significant client and referral interaction. Candidates must be licensed in Illinois.

The associate will be responsible for all aspects of clients’ cases including but not limited to:

  • Handling routine probate court appearances
  • Meeting with and representing clients regarding probate and estate planning
  • Drafting documents

Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of litigation experience
  • Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Illinois
  • Comfortable meeting with clients and discussing sensitive topics around family dynamics, disability, and death
  • Ability to work in a positive manner in a team environment and one on one
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable speaking with all types of people
  • Is a self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Is willing to participate actively in marketing efforts
  • Possesses superior character, intelligence, and integrity

Salary:

Full time opportunity is an exempt position. Salary will commence with experience and expertise. Will consider a part time employee with an agreed upon hourly rate (nonexempt) or a prorated salary (exempt).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
