We're hiring a paralegal to assist our legal team with managing real estate closings, drafting estate planning and probate documents, and helping clients achieve their goals. Applicants must enjoy interacting with clients and the public. They should be proactive, solution-focused, and organized. Responsibilities
•Answering phones and conducting initial case assessments, preparing engagement agreements, and scheduling.
•Preparing estate plan documents using document assembly program and MS Word.
•Managing real estate files, including initial contract review, drafting attorney review and inspection correspondence, title review, obtaining mortgage payoff information, clearing title issues and closing document preparation.
•Conducting initial client interviews in our office or on Zoom.
•Processing email and regular mail.
•Maintaining CRM, practice, and document management software, including Clio Grow, Clio Manage, and Net Documents.
Qualifications

Technologically competent and confident - must be quick to adapt and master new programs, applications, and tools.

Professional, outgoing and engaged attitude - comfortable being the first person a potential client interacts with and then accompanying them through their entire client journey.

Education - ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor's degree desired.
