Responsibilities
•Answering phones and conducting initial case assessments, preparing engagement agreements, and scheduling.
•Preparing estate plan documents using document assembly program and MS Word.
•Managing real estate files, including initial contract review, drafting attorney review and inspection correspondence, title review, obtaining mortgage payoff information, clearing title issues and closing document preparation.
•Conducting initial client interviews in our office or on Zoom.
•Processing email and regular mail.
•Maintaining CRM, practice, and document management software, including Clio Grow, Clio Manage, and Net Documents.

• Education - ABA-approved paralegal certificate program such as an Associate's degree or proprietary school program in paralegal studies, Bachelor's degree desired.
