Russin is a local building materials wholesale distributor seeking help in our Lumber Yard & Finishing Factory. Our ideal candidate will be organized, have good communication skills, & be looking for a career and not just a job. We work in a fast paced environment that allows for the opportunity to earn overtime and upward mobility. A high school degree, forklift experience, and familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus, but not required. All jobs are located in Montgomery, NY.

• At our lumber yard employees prepare lumber orders for shipping. Day shift is M-F 8-4:30 and prepares lumber for same day shipping. We work in teams for safety and efficiency of work. On-the-job training is provided while you work. The work for this job is performed outside, if you do not enjoy working outside this role will not be a good fit for you - we work in the rain, heat, snow, cold, etc.
• At our finishing factory employees prepare lumber with paint, stain, or primer. Day shift is M-F 8-4:30. You will learn to operate multiple paint/stain application machines and how to pack dried product for shipping. There is also machine cleaning and other miscellaneous duties. This position works indoors and you must be comfortable around the smell of wet paint/stain. There is a state-of-the-art air exchanger in the facility so respirators are not required making working at this facility more comfortable.
