The Vendor Operations Manager position sits within the Rewards team, a key business of Connected Commerce. You will responsible for the tactical oversight and operational management of high profile, multi-national vendors/partners that provide loyalty rewards to customers of JP Morgan Chase & Co. You will closely collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure that the rewards earning and redemption activities of our customers are executed timely and accurately. You will be part of a key pillar within the Rewards Center of Excellence and will join a talented team to progress the firm's goals to drive customer engagement and satisfaction. Job responsibilities You will collaborate with Rewards partners and vendors to provide a seamless experience of earning and redeeming rewards for our customers. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will oversee planned vendor outages & releases, customer rewards notifications, platform testing and issue resolution. At times, flexibility may be required to address issues that may result from unplanned outages or technical breaks. You will interact regularly with partners and vendors to ensure service-level quality, system response, and other obligations are met. You will be responsible for mitigating third-party risk, maintaining procedures and enforcing policies and contractual agreements. You will also support the onboarding of new vendors/partners and launching of new products or promotions as driven by Connected Commerce objectives. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills BS/BA degree or equivalent experience 3 years of demonstrated experience in vendor, partner, or relationship management Experience with third party risk oversight Demonstrate technological agility with learning systems and platforms Promote a strong controls environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure, and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer. A team player with strong collaboration skills, passionate about moving the business forward and supporting our teams and partners as needed to improve the customer experience. A strong decision-maker and problem-solver with attention to detail and excellent logical thinking skills to understand and analyze business processes, identify risks, and propose solutions.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Demonstrate excellent relationship management, organizational and time management skills, and the ability to partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to prioritize and deliver initiatives. Be results-oriented, resourceful, and a go-getter who adapts quickly to changing environments and needs, and proactively bring ideas to the table to drive efficiencies and engagement.
