Job Title: Project and Program Management - Program Manager Non Tech 1
Job Location: Remote
Job Duration: 4 months on W2 (Extension up to 18 month)
Summary:
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project.
Job Responsibilities:
" Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
" Maintain and update the Federal readiness and learning Sharepoint sites with readiness content, session recordings, and schedules
" Assist in developing content for Federal new hire onboarding and assist with onboarding logistics such as scheduling rooms, sending invitations, arranging meals and building access, etc.
" Assist in developing readiness content by working with SMEs to refine information and resources and make it consumable for employee training
Skills:
" Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
" Basic ability to work independently and manage one s time.
" Intermediate knowledge of Sharepoint site design
" Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
" Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
Education/Experience:
" Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
" PMI or PMP certification preferred.
" 2 years experience required.
