Responsibilities :

• Handling escalations, entering information into ticketing systems, and collaborating with vendors to resolve issues.
• Interacting with candidates over email, chat, phone, or SMS to handle escalations / referrals.
• Communicating effectively in both verbal / written form.
• Managing and owning daily tasks from start to finish.
• Performing administrative tasks as necessary.

Basic Requirements :

• Bachelor degree required.
• 1 years' experience in customer service face-to-face or call center preferred.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet proficiency.
• Background in property management, construction, surface work, or vendor management experience would be a plus.
• Confidence in working with upper-level management.
• Professional communication skills.
• Success in customer obsession, learning fast, problem-solving, and teamwork.
