Our growth-minded client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Accounting Team. This position will be involved with a variety of AP functions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. This role is primarily responsible for entry and monitoring of Company expenditures to ensure proper approvals, financial statement classifications, applications to supplier and vendor accounts, timely payments, and reconciliations. Data entry, posting, coding, reconciling, reviewing/processing credit card transactions & expense reports, special projects, and various other duties will be the main focus of this job. Candidate must have 3 years of AP experience, along with excellent computer skills, including a strong knowledge of MS Excel.
