Rural Electric Supply Cooperative (RESCO), is a member-owned distributor of high voltage electrical products. We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in Moorhead, MN. Responsibilities of this position include:

• Answer incoming calls and provide support to visitors.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Order office supplies as needed.
• Receive and process invoices.
• Enter and manage warranty credits.
• Assist sales and management on day-to-day tasks such as order entry, order acknowledgements and material cross-reference.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent along with two years of administrative or sales experience. Other qualifications include:

• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Good customer service skills
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
