Description
Responsibilities:- Creating best practices and maintaining the project management process continuity across the division
- Establishing and managing project management administrative processes
- Create and deliver training materials and deliverables
- Works with leadership to cultivate a strong team-environment
- Provides operational oversight on high large projects
- Builds strong partnerships with Branch Management team leaders to support operational strategy in alignment with branch goals
- Minimum 8 years maintaining a senior level role with strong Project Management experience in the Construction Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field in Business, Construction Management or Civil Engineer preferred
- Ability to identify opportunities or recurring challenges, develop solution plans, build consensus among multiple layers of the organization and execute to success
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel power user) and other business enterprise software
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in construction Project Management related software
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in construction scheduling software
- Solid working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and accounting in construction related functions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
