RumbergerKirk is seeking an attorney with experience in family law. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-assets and complex family law cases.
Position Details:
- Responsible for family law cases
- Guide clients through the dissolution of marriage process
- Prepare and argue motions
- Handle discovery
- Conduct depositions
- Attend mediations
- Conduct legal research
- Calculate child support
- Staying current with changes in family law and legal practice
