Description

The Campaign Specialist I works in a collaborative team environment to implement strategic campaigns for RNL clients. This role focuses on campaign set up and management and works closely with the team, whose focus is on data input and output. The Campaign Specialist I is responsible for data preparation to align marketing lists with outlined marketing strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to)

• Manage technical setup of loading and analyzing campaigns within systems for daily program use and specialized requests.
• Create multichannel marketing campaigns and manage data segmentation using a variety of tools.
• Resolve campaign anomalies using problem solving, logic, and critical thinking to ensure complete and accurate data. 
• Creation of ad hoc files and reports for both internal and external clients.
• Work with cross functional team member to resolve data issues. 

Qualifications

Required:

• Associate technical degree or 2 years’ experience in a technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience with relational databases, SQL, data analysis and/or data and campaign management.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Utilize problem solving techniques with regard to data loading and project setup to ensure program success
• Apply critical thinking and quality control in all campaign management processes 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Ability to process remotely as deemed necessary by manager to meet critical deadlines.
• Ability to work overtime as deemed necessary by manager to meet critical deadlines.
• Travel requirement negligible
• Ability to maintain and work in a remote home office
• Remote/virtual work environment must be free from distractions while performing the essential functions of the job and have a reliable network connection
• Position predominantly includes sitting/standing for long periods of time, close vision through the use of a computer screen, extensive keyboarding, talking, hearing, and infrequent light physical effort is required (minimum of fifteen pounds)
