Job Summary:
The Program Supervisor is responsible for working collaboratively with the Program Team to oversee one house. The Program Supervisor provides support to the Program Director by completing administrative related duties and fulfilling direct care shifts when needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:

· Understand and support the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

· Team Supervision and Development:
· Directly supervise direct support professionals and other house staff as assigned.
· Ensure direct care professionals are continually developed and executing the person served goals are being met.
· Conduct training new staff and complete training documentation.
· Operational Oversight:
· Schedule DSP staff, approve timecards, ensure the site is in ratio, etc.
· Work Monday – Friday at the site, On-Call for staffing and emergencies, assist staff in finding coverage for call-ins, working open shifts when needed.
· Contact program director in the event of emergencies.
· Interact with individuals receiving services, guardians, case managers, and health care professionals, preparing for and participating in annual/semi-annual client meetings.
· Documentation and Budget Management:
· Maintain and audit person served ISP data, T-logs, and MAR.
· Oversees home budget, maintain receipts, and ensures the site stays within budget.
· Completes medication counts and MAR audits, Order client medications as needed, Report medical concerns to director and health and wellness coordinator.
· Create meal plans and complete grocery shopping, Create and maintain client activity schedule.
· Maintain receipts and complete ledger for clients that RCC has Representative Payee responsibility.
· Regulatory Compliance and Site Maintenance:
· Preparing for and participating in site licensing and re-licensing.
· Ensure the site is clean and report any maintenance concerns.
· Working knowledge of 245D.
· Oversees home budget, maintain receipts, and ensures site stays within budget.
· Other Duties:
· Performs other duties as assigned. This is not a comprehensive list of all job responsibilities.
*Please note: Only full-time employees in good standing are eligible for the hiring incentive. Employees eligible for the incentive will receive an $1,000 retention bonus every 3 months ($4,000 per year)! Other restrictions or changes may apply.
*If you are being referred by an RCC employee, you must list their name on your application. Both you and the current RCC employee must still be employed at the point bonuses are being paid out. $1,000 will be paid to each of you at 3 months of service and $1,000 will be paid to each of you at 6 months!
