Multi-Store Manager: Belleville, IL

The Multi- Store Manager is someone who thrives on challenge and continually looks for opportunities to learn. They understand that customer satisfaction always takes priority but efficient operations make it possible. The Store Manager can effectively lead and develop their team to meet sales goals and maintain company expectations.

Job Summary:

· Provide excellent customer service.

· Effectively maintain the operations of the store independently during each scheduled shift.

· Maintain the high standard of cleanliness that our locations are known for.

· Accurately count money at the beginning and end of each shift.

· Acknowledge every guest and provide information about our loyalty program.

· Maintain a positive work environment for employees and guests.

· Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

· Develop employee work schedules, maintain inventory levels, create and implement best practices to ensure store goals are met.

· Take part in employee hiring, training, and give disciplinary action as needed.

Skills and Experience:

· Must be 21 years of age.

· Previous management experience is preferred.

· Must have a reliable form of transportation.

· Able to use a POS System.

· Strong interpersonal skills.

· Attend meetings and trainings as required by management.

· Perform other duties as requested by management.
