At RTS Tactical, we take a rudimentary approach in designing, engineering, and producing only the finest body armor and tactical gear.

In light of our recent success, RTS Tactical is expanding, and we are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Accounting Manager to join our team!

As an Accounting Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Entering, reconciling, and maintaining financial records of the company.
• Preparing month-end financial statements and account reconciliations.
• Sales tax Reporting.
• Lead AR/AP and overhead control processes
• General ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.
• Collaborate across the company by developing the analytical capabilities of each department.
• Guide other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy and applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
• Maintain accounting controls by overseeing accounting policies and procedures.
• Protecting the organization's value by keeping information confidential.

Your Qualifications:

• 5 years of related experience; previous supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Strong understanding of business operations and accounting systems.
• Strong technology skills
• Preferred knowledge in NetSuite
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or similar field of study.
• Excited to work with a Team and coordinate between company departments.
• Analytical and organized with an attention to detail.
• Proven knowledge of accounting practices and principles

Salary: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
