Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in order Intake of custom products, good people skills and possess strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
- Verify order information
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and discrepancies
- Order Materials
- Maintain organized records of orders and invoices
- Assist in inventory management and restocking activities
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- Good Customer communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- ERP and job tracking experience
- Previous Experience with Monday.com
- Proficient with QuickBooks
- Office Management experience
