The Talent Vendor Relations Experienced Professional will help execute vendor contracting, renewals, life cycle planning, budgeting and expense management for Talent vendors. This person will collaborate with business stakeholders in all functional departments of Talent to streamline and project manage all 3rd party vendor contracting from negotiation through final contract execution. Need to possess a clear understanding of Talent vendor management and talent technology licensing strategies, renewals, and contracting discussions around SLA's.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Follow established vendor monitoring and tracking processes, ensuring accuracy of and completeness of centralized talent vendor management listing.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders (users of vendor services) and third-party vendors to negotiate contracts and handle escalated problems and program appeals
  • Utilize established vendor rating structure to help assess performance of vendors and ensure continuous vendor performance. Work with underperforming vendors to ensure minimum performance standards are met.
  • Help ensure vendor compliance with company standards
  • Manage vendor billing and disbursements. Track monitor and control costs, driving service excellence and mitigating risks to gain increased value from vendors throughout the contract lifecycle. Work closely with finance to ensure all vendors are paid timely and expenses are tracked to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain centralized records of all talent vendors, enabling proactive management of contract renewal processes
  • Partner with the business, internal strategic sourcing, legal, IT security and data privacy teams as it relates to vendor contracting to ensure the appropriate level of oversight is in place and the vendors are meeting business and contractual requirements
  • Support Talent Operations Leadership and Chief of Staff by collecting information for budgeting, contract summaries and cost comparisons with third party vendors across the Talent organization.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance or other related degree
  • Ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously
  • Good working knowledge of sourcing process and methodology

Preferred Requirements

  • 2-3 years of HR procurement, HR finance, HR Operations or like disciples in large-scale organizations
  • Working knowledge of HR policies, processes and tools
  • Strong relationship management skills with focus on supply chain management or procurement
  • Proven ability to work with minimal guidance, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Proficient and Microsoft Office product suite
  • Outstanding organizational skills that are solution-oriented
  • Ability to work well under pressure; meet established targets and goals in a high volume, fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong networking capabilities inside and outside the organization
