The Senior Associate is responsible for the execution of small-scale deliverables under the guidance of a more senior Project Manager. The individual would create/manage project plans and budgets and plan overall QC approach for all assigned projects. He/she should exhibit professional and motivating behavior.Functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Knowledge Agency process: Demonstrates significant knowledge of agency procedures. Adheres to agency process.Client finances: Able to prepare accurate project estimates and statements of workScope Creep: Identifies and escalates scope creepVendor Management: Uses negotiating skills to procure vendorsPM Technical Skills: Familiar with generally accepted project management terms and best practicesTechnology: Continuously learning technology and ability to quickly adapt to new technologiesStrategyProject Plans: Creates and manages project plans and budgetsQuality Control: Plans overall QC approach for all assigned projectsTactics and ExecutionScope Definition: Owns scope definition and management for smaller scale engagementsCost Management: Responsible for cost management on all projectsEstimates: Independently estimates small engagementsInternal Relationships: Responsible for successful collaboration with core teamClient RelationshipCommunication: Effectively communicates basic agency recommendations to internal and external clients. Demonstrates influence and diplomacy in written and verbal communicationsWriting: Has proficient business writing skills QualificationsQualifications 1 years applicable experience as a Project Coordinator in an agency setting is helpful but not required.Interactive & Digital experience is strongly preferred.Healthcare or Pharma experience is desired.Bachelor's degree Marketing, MIS, or Business Administration or related field is preferred.Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk and develop detailed work plans and specifications.Experience interfacing with clients on technical delivery projectsMust have an understanding of basic finance and budget management.Interest in Project management and Pharma Advertising is a must. Not all applicants will be contacted.
