This individual will join a team of Cybersecurity professionals supporting a large Federal Government customer. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple customer and team stakeholders to develop and maintain schedules, coordinate and document meetings, monitor and track project deliverables and support standard and ad hoc reporting. This team works within a highly collaborative Agile-Scrum (SAFe), providing the opportunity for this role to work closely with other skilled cybersecurity engineers, policy and program analysts and trainers. The selected candidate will ideally enjoy working with technical and business stakeholders to understand and solve problems and enjoy learning and working with emerging technologies. Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with the Program Manager to develop and maintain the overall project schedule and milestones.
  • Supports sub teams by producing assignment schedules and supporting customer and team meetings, to include meeting scheduling and taking minutes.
  • Monitors the project schedule and supports the tracking of contract deliverables to ensure teams remain on schedule
  • Supports team members and the project manager by completing standard and ad hoc reports
  • Collaborate with team members within a highly collaborative Agile-Scrum (SAFe)
  • Track team compliance with contract training requirements
  • Support the onboarding and orientation of new staff members to the project team
  • Generates briefing materials for standard and ad hoc briefings with team and customers
Requirements:
  • 5 years of relevant experience supporting programs and teams by creating, applying and maintaining tools to track program, project, or task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance data.
  • Must have experience in the creation of routine and ad hoc reports.
  • Must be able to provide oral and written discussion of analytical findings using narrative and graphic forms.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business discipline / 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S
  • Must have a VA Tier 4 security clearance
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
