Regional Security Consulting (RSC) is looking for qualified and Experienced Nightlife Security Officers to join our team at Ballpark Village - St. Louis. Security Officers for this position will be assigned to one or more of the several nightlife venues. They will be responsible for providing a top notch costumers experience while providing professional security services in the night club venues.

Responsibilities:

● Greeting patrons and checking IDs

● Monitoring the security and safety of the environment

● Help to ensure the safety of bar patrons and staff

● Monitoring bar or club perimeter for safety concerns

● Assessing customer aggression or intoxication and determining best courses of action when needed as per company policy

Education & Experience:

• Prior experience checking ID’s
• Dealing with conflicts/ resolutions
• Prefer 1-2 yrs. experience
• Prior experience in the Concert/Club/Bar industry
• CPR & First Aid Certification a plus
• Be able to obtain a St. Louis County/Metro Security Officers License
