Full Job Description

The Mowing Crew Leader is responsible for managing a crew of individuals to mow, trim and cleanup lawns at residential and commercial properties. This position must coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and Landscape design team to ensure all aspects of the project are completed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skill and ability to use zero turn mowers, push mowers, weed eaters and blowers
• History of working directly with service customers and great customer service.
• Experience managing crews, as well as training and developing the team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Have a positive attitude 
• Mange and organize employees to ensure they are working efficiently 
• Meet the client on job sites.
• Monitor quality of work by inspecting the job at the end of each day 
• Maintain assigned vehicle and/or equipment in good working order
