We are in search of a dedicated Annuals Planting Crew Member to help us maintain and enhance the beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces. This role involves the installation and replanting of annual plant material, ensuring proper care and maintenance, and performing other general plant maintenance duties. This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into a year-round role. Responsibilities

• Prepare and load assigned vehicle with necessary plant materials and tools for daily tasks.
• Operate various equipment such as spades, rakes, and other related tools to complete assignments.
• Maintain cleanliness of flowerbeds and surrounding areas by collecting and discarding lawn debris, weeds, and other waste materials.
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto flowerbeds and plant containers as needed.
• Adhere to watering and care standards to ensure proper hydration and maintenance of annual plant material.
• Install or replant annual plant and flower materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plants and gardening or an interest in learning about plants.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and thoroughly, follow directions, and complete assignments.
• Understanding of how to water, fertilize, and care for various types of annual plant material.
• Ability or willingness to operate various types of motorized equipment.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, walk, stretch, bend, climb ladders, kneel, and pull for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds at a time.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
