Job Overview:

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assessing patient conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform various medical procedures such as airway management, catheterization, and ostomy care
- Assist with emergency situations, including responding to codes and providing immediate medical attention
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive measures
- Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Experience in dementia care, infant care, dialysis, and primary care
- Proficiency in using medical equipment such as DME (durable medical equipment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in Georgia
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience
