RSB Dermatology in Deerfield Beach, FL is looking for one Dermatology medical assistant, LPN, and or RN to join our 10 person strong team. We are located on 1500 E Hillsboro Blvd Deerfield Beach. Our ideal candidate is a hard-worker, motivated, self-starter, punctual, and focused. Looking for a strong take charge/lead to coordinate the back office team.

Full Time 40 8am- to as late as 6 pm if we run behind schedule, earlier on Fridays

Wages based on experience. THIS IS FOR BACK OFFICE ONLY!!!

Qualifications

At least 1 year of Back office experience REQUIRED with either one year Dermatology Experience or One year of EMA (the name of a specific EHR) experience, MUST have back office exp. room to grow in this position.

• Surgical experience preferred, but not required. MOHS and excisions (sterile procedures)
• Dermatology skills with BCC, SCC, Melanoma, Biopsy, Excisions, MOHS procedures
• Cosmetic procedures/product sales a plus too.
• Verify and maintain patient records, scribe on the laptop in using a EMR system
• Set up and sanitize of exam rooms
• Cleaning instruments
• Complete basic routine medical procedures
• Provide consistent exceptional service
• Assist in medical and surgical procedures (MOHS procedures, Excisions)
• Maintain Pathology Logs/call back pt. results
• Place back office orders
• Chart in EHR (similar to EMA)
