RSA Conference is Hiring an Event Operations Specalist Near Boston, MA

As part of our ongoing evolution, we are looking to hire an Events Operations Specialist. This role will be a critical part of the RSA Conference Event Team with a focus on helping to plan and execute the Conference.
Your Responsibilities
  • RSA Conference
    • Team Roles & Responsibilities: create and update the team roles & responsibilities grid for pre-planning and on-site
    • Team housing: track team travel and work with event management and housing partners to secure rooms. Communicate confirmation numbers and other details
    • Plan and execute on-site team activities
    • Hotels: Track VIP requests and work with partners to ensure they are fulfilled
    • RSAC Awards Program: manage process for awards program from submissions through onsite deliverables
    • Affiliate Event Tracking
      • Review submissions weekly
      • Communicate directly with partners
      • Work with website team to have events posted
      • Work with partners to track events
    • Keynote Housekeeping document
      • Act as main point of contact for the keynote housekeeping loop
      • Work collaboratively with team to pull together content
    • Manage Keynote VIP seating
    • Merchandise: assist with planning and execution as required
    • OnDemand sponsor briefing reviews
      • Set-up process
      • Review abstracts and videos and provide feedback and approval
    • Special Events and Loyalty Plus program: assist with planning and execution as required
  • RSAC 365 sponsor deliverables management
    • Work with sponsors on requirements and deliverables for all content pieces
  • Plan and execute internal face-to-face meetings including help with venue research, contracting, F&B, AV and on-site management
  • RSAC Gives Back/Sustainability Program: Support program as required
Your Profile
  • Education requirement:College or University Degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years event planning experience
  • Proficiency in timeline management, organization and multi-tasking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
