Medical Receptionist – Full time position
The right candidate will have at least 1 year of working in a medical office as a receptionist. They will also have strong experience with checking insurance benefits and be comfortable explaining those benefits to patients. Their duties will consist of checking in patients and making sure the information is accurate, collecting copays and/or fees due for treatment.
They would be scheduling new patients, established patients and procedures. This person will be patient, friendly, personable, welcoming and professional. Other duties include, maintaining office cleanliness and organization to waiting room, breakroom, etc., sorting mail, sending medical records, assisting nurses and doctor with administrative tasks.
Salary negotiable and based on experience.
