• Partner with clients to determine staffing needs.
• Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Maintain relationships with both internal staff and clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Recruits by utilizing job boards, attending job fairs, or other public events.
• Onboarding new employees.
• Manage any performance issues or employee relations issues for assignment-based employees in a timely manner.
• Monitor daily time and attendance utilizing the timekeeping system.
• Complete weekly payroll by required deadlines.
• Administers performance reviews to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
• Attend meetings/trainings as needed or required.
• Must be able to be in an on-call rotation.

• Prior human resources and/or staffing industry experience.
• Previous Management experience is a PLUS.
• Must have excellent computer skills, and organization, and be detailed-orientated.
• Spanish-speaking is a PLUS.
